Tagalog version of "Nobody"
I found this video somewhere in the world wide web. YouTube hosts the video, but it was embedded on a different website. I was surprised on how the Filipino lines fitted the song's rhythm, and more so with the fact that it was a man who rendered this version.
Male versions of "Nobody"
The audio used in this video and a footage of TVXQ (Korean boy group) dancing in their concert were meshed together for the purpose of fooling KPOP fans into believing that TVXQ had sang their own version of "Nobody". It turns out that the male voices in the audio file were edited versions of the girls' voices, meaning the pitch was lowered in order to make them sound masculine. The second one is a true male rendition of the song; it was sang by 2PM, a seven-member boy group under the same management as the Wonder Girls.
English versions of "Nobody"
A YouTube user named JeAnnEhriel uploaded a video of her own redition of "Nobody". Her rendition includes the English lyrics of the song, which she wrote herself. I personally like the JeAnnEhriel's lyrics more than the lyrics used in the official English version of the song, which was only released a few weeks ago. JeAnnEhriel's video caught the attention of JYP Entertainment, but Park Jin-young did not request for the video's deletion. Instead, he licensed it and offered to share the rights of the video with her. If I am not mistaken, JeAnnEhriel is a Filipina.
The second video features the official English version of the song. This one is sang by the Wonder Girls themselves.
I am very sure that there are tons of other versions out there, but I only intended to feature five. This only shows how phenomenal the Wonder Girls are right now, and I wish them success as they venture into the international market. Surely, with a song that is very addictive and groundbreaking, who would not want to do the clap-clap step and sing "I want nobody, nobody but you"?
